Person-Centred

counselling

A person wearing a denim jacket and a gray shirt, with long hair, is sitting with their hands clasped in front of them. The background is dark and blurred.

People I work with often find it useful to have a place to explore and process their thoughts and feelings openly without worrying about concern or judgement from friends and family. People may also reach out because they would like to understand more about why they are feeling or behaving a certain way. Some people may not know where to start and that's fine too, there is no pressure, we can work together at your pace.

As a Person-Centred counsellor I do not judge, tell you what you should be doing or diagnose you. I offer a space where you are the expert in your life. Together, we can unpack and unload what is going on for you and make sense of the challenges you may be experiencing.

I offer a free chat over the phone so you can see if I am the right person to support you and ask any questions you may have. It can often feel overwhelming taking that first step to get in touch. I work to make the process as comfortable and informal as possible so when you are ready feel free to get in touch and we can take it from there.

Counselling Sessions face to face & online £40 per session (50 minutes).
